• Be Healthy.

• Contain Veggies, Fruits, Whole Grains, Healthy Fats and Proteins.
• Also Eat Sprouts.
• Should make up the basics of your Diet. 
• Sugars, Starches, Empty Carbohydrates, and Unhealthy Fats should be Avoided as much as possible.
• Drink a lot of Water.
• Avoid Junk Food, Cold Drinks.

How to Walk Like a Models:-

• First of all keep the Left Foot Accessible to the Right Foot and Start Walking like a Cat.

                            

• Keep it in your Mind that both your Hands are on the Waist.

                                        

• If there is Something in the Hand, then Hold it in one Hand and put the other Hand on the Waist.

                                        

          

• Stop Swaping the Hips,Walk Naturally because it is not Necessary to Shake our Hips while Walking.
• Keep your Arms Naturally Swing.
• Don't Move the Arms Fastly.
• Take Small Steps to Move Forward.

                           

                     

• In Relaxing Way Tug your Shoulders Back and Down Position.
• Take a Smooth and Natural walk Steps.
• Don't Walk in Quick form.
• Our Walk should be Slow.
• We Take Small Steps.
